Join us in our mission
As social innovators, we have a bias towards collaboration with partners who are bold and innovative, not afraid to experiment with new ideas, and want to be a part of a greater ecosystem to make a fundamental difference in how we live our lives. We work closely with federations, organizations, enterprises, and authorities to weave them into our business and social ecosystem to aggregate and strengthen the value creation and capture equation for the diverse range of stakeholders.
We are always looking for talented independent workers to join our team in order to practice their expertise and share their insights and experiences in the life-enablement space. We recruit them for our LifePoint services and for core Triamant services at our facilities. We also provide training in the peer-to-peer economies, and look for opinion leaders, volunteers, social influencers, and regional leadership team players to innovate with us, and be a part of the greater movement of making Flanders a Blue Zone.
We are looking to engage with psychologists, nurses, hospitals, yoga instructors, and other professionals in the spheres of Autonomy, Vitality, Social Anchoring, and Integrated Care. |
Innovation Focus
We are actively looking for young startups, potential acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances in order to co-create and innovate in the domains of relevance for us. We are actively exploring partnerships with companies where we can support them with proof-of-concept (PoC) and Pilot projects, and where they can contribute specific technology offerings in the space of health / care / platforms / life-enablement / medical-records / e-health / other related areas.
We are proud participants for several years in the student project initiative of Vlerick Business School, selecting the best minds for new innovation related initiatives across Flanders. We are always looking for young and talented students who will be the leaders of tomorrow, and we provide extensive breadth of experience and training in different competences for their development and growth into a new sphere of the economy of tomorrow.

We are also proud participants in the KULeuven | AFC (Academics for Companies) initiative where we engage young researchers in innovative initiatives to conduct ethnography or other research for new projects that involve next-generation life-enablement services for which off-the-shelf knowledge is not available, giving the students a chance to implement academic knowledge and for us to gain insight into new spheres of research in related areas.

We work closely with Ernst & Young on the EYNovation initiative to discover and find ways to work with younger entrepreneurs who think differently and want to change the world. We encourage innovation in these young startups and pre-market companies. We also work have intensive exploration sessions with startups in the post-revenue / post-profit phase.

We are working closely with the City of Geel on a new life-enablement initiative being delivered through an innovative ICT platform. Geel will participate with its 50,000 residents in a comprehensive program over 2 years where we will test different business models of the platform to find the sustainable business solution for life enablement in Flanders and beyond.
