We started with our Triamant Living solutions, our physical presence, where we built new mixed-age communities at greenfield sites around historical sites and landmarks, and offered a spectrum of life-enablement services on-site. We have 4 sites, and are building another 16 sites in the next 5-7 years.

We then embarked on our LifePoint solutions, where we extended our boundaries to the surrounding communities to provide individuals an innovative way to look at and quantify their life situation using a 360 analysis, co-create a custom life-path with people, and support their life goals with a life-coach to monitor and track their progress towards a more fulfilling and healthier life.

In 2016, we extended our solution further with a new offering called PLEASE, a multi-sided Platform for Life Enablement through Altruism and Societal Engagement, which connects those who need a little help with those who want to provide their time and capabilities to support others in their community in small but meaningful ways.

We have also created the Triamant Academy, which provides training and skills development for life-enablers and those interested in community support to develop their capabilities and be an integral part of the Blue Zone community in helping us provide community assisted self-management (CASMA) to individuals in their community.

Triamant neighborhoods offer not only state-of-the-art, beautiful, and sustainability-minded living accommodations, but also fine dining and casual restaurants, cafes, swimming and workout facilities, on-site medical care facilities, day-care centers, and co-working spaces. Triamant Living also offers Bed-and-Breakfast accommodations for travelers and vacationers, enabling them engage with the community and gain a real experience of living in Belgium. The living neighborhoods are the hub of social activity and medical care for the surrounding rural areas. |

Give and get help while earning rewards
The platform connects people who need help with those who want to provide help in the community. The community offers services not only in day-to-day activities such as home-care, meals, mobility, leisure and entertainment, pet-care, running errands, and shopping (verticals), but also services like companionship and spending time, cutting across different services (horizontals) for people who are looking for a sense of friendship and community. Please coordinates services delivered altruistically (for free), peer-to-peer (with payment), and professional-to-peer (with payment).

Making ripples, one site at a time
We believe in sustainable growth, and so we focus on making each Triamant site the first man-made blue zones, and radiating outward from the sites, across Flanders to include the population of people around in the 10km - 20km - 30km radius around our sites. While we are doing this, we are learning a lot, and spreading all over the country, and with PLEASE we can take it nation-wide, launching blue zones on a Flanders scale, but experimenting and shaping on a small level (Triamant), and then spread further and fast, using technology to scale. We are also considering future internationalization, having received great interest from potential partners and investors not only in western Europe, but also the Middle-East and Asia. We are working on a franchising model, allowing us to move forward quickly, once the systemic rollout is created and finalized beyond the 4 sites that are already operating.
The focus will be on productization, with a rapid rollout using a proprietary methodology and approach to assure success and sustainability of the community, the network, and the stakeholder engagement. As Triamant, we have a strong presence across most regions in Flanders and are working towards engaging the authorities in different provinces such as Brabant and Antwerp.
